Free State boys cross country squad places runner-up in Sunflower League championship meet at Rim Rock; Lawrence High’s Schwartz posts strong showing
The Free State varsity boys captured a second-place finish during the Sunflower League Championship meet Saturday at Rim Rock Farm., while the girls placed fourth. For Lawrence High School, the varsity boys slotted into sixth-place. The injury-riddled LHS girls team, however, didn’t field enough runners to qualify for a team score.
